		Buyers Responsibilities:
		You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.  Seller must be informed immediately of the examination's result either by phone or e-mail. Buyer must also mail proof of vet visit.  During the intial exam, should your veterinarian find the puppy to be a poor health risk or detect any physical health problem that would require further veterinary care (other than required vaccinations and/or treatment for any type of parasite or bacteria, internal or external) you must contact me within 24 hours.  A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giarrdia, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy.  The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.  Buyer's Initials: _________ Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: > Physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian. > Follow veterinarian guidlelines for vaccinations and deworming. With the exception of the Bordetella Intranasal Vaccine.  This vaccine should never be given to Boxers.  It will in most cases bring on Kennel Cough and can turn into pneumonia and be deadly.  Buyer's Initials: ____________
			Health Guarantee :
	Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of delivery and that the puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming.  The Buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and worming due, and will agree to have them done on time, failure to do so will render this contract null and void. Buyer's Initials: __________ This puppy is guaranteed until 1 year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal.  This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature.  If the dog dies within this 1 year time frame, the Buyer will pay to have a necropsy done to ascertain reason.  If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy Buyer's Initials: _________ A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:   >Animal must show the defect by 1 year of age.  Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.  Buyer's Initials: _________   > A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the Seller to qualify for a replacement puppy. Buyer's Initials: _________ This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, "loose hips", skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils), or any illness that is prevented by vaccinations such as: Distemper, Adenovirus2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, or Rabies. .  Buyer's Initials: __________ This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks or ear mite, innocent class 1 or 2 heart murmurs, Coccidia and Kennel Cough.  Buyer's Initials: ___________ Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.  Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of the original puppy. This guarantee applies to the original puppy only, not a replacement puppy and is non-transferable to a second party.  Buyer's Initials: _________ There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, mite related illness and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered under this guarantee.   Buyer's Initials:__________ Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. There are no warranties on any dog 1 year of age or older. Shipping/Delivery: Shipping costs are non- refundable.  Puppies will be shipped at 8 weeks of age.  Shipping is an extra charge.
