Buyer's Duties
Buyer must send seller the filled out and signed sales contract.  Without this contract on file before the puppy leaves the health guarantee is null & void.

Buyer must have his/her puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.   Seller must be informed immediately of the examination's result by email or phone call.  Then written proof of vet visit must be sent to the seller either through email or by regular mail.  A diagnosis of Coccidia, giardia, parasites or any other type of bacterial infection does not render the puppy unhealthy.  The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guaranteee.

Buyer agrees to complete all puppy vaccinations and annual boosters.  Buyer also agrees to provide all needed vet care, quality nutrition, and a safe environment.
ANY AND ALL VET EXPENSES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.  Buyer accepts full responsibility from common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stool, internal parasites, coccidia, ear mites, external parasites, undescended testicles and other minor problems which are not covered by this guarantee.

Buyer understands that the puppy is being sold as a pet.  Their is no guarantee or warranty of breeding or show potential.

Buyer understands that any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia, and other infections.  Minor problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by any guarantee.  SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS THAT HAPPEN AFTER THE PUPPY LEAVES THE SELLER.
